Oven cook From Frozen Slow Cook. 1. Pre-heat oil in a pan and the oven on a medium heat. 2. Remove product from packaging. 3. Fry the meat in a frying pan until browned on all sides. 4. Place in a casserole dish and cook in the oven for up to 2 hours.
Shallow Fry From Frozen 1. Pre-heat oil in a pan on a medium heat. 2. Remove product from packaging. 3. Bring the meat to room temperature. 4. Place in the pan and cook for 2-5 minutes each side or to your liking. 5. Rest meat for up to 5 minutes after cooking for best results.
